Wer macht mit?

Alte Sache, auf die ich gerade gestossen bin. Aber ich finde sie so seltsam, das ich es einfach mal erwähnen muß.
Es geht um Cassandra Claires Draco Trilogie. Ihr wurde von einem Teil ihrer Leser Plagiarismus vorgeworfen?
Davon höre ich das erstemal. Natürlich mußte ich sofort ein bischen googeln. Schließlich wollte ich genau wissen um was es ging. Und ich wudre auch fündig.
Da hat sich jemand tatsächlich die Mühe gmacht, die "kopiert" Teile neben die "Originale" zu setzen. Hier---> http://www.journalfen.net/community/bad_penny/10481.html#cutid1

Und ich lese mal hie rund mal da, und frage mich was das alles soll.
Wenn das Plagiarismus ist, dann sollten am Besten alle Autoren mit dem schreiben aufhören. Auf diese Art, könnte man nämlich wirklich jedem vorwerfen, das er andere kopiert.
Nur mal als Beispiel:

Draco Sinister, Chapter 8
"Come anywhere near me, and I'll introduce you to the pointy end of Clarence."

"Clarence?" Wormtail said, blinking.

"You named your sword?" Harry said.

"So?" said Draco.

"You named it Clarence?"

Die hervorgehbenen Stellen sind (angeblich) ein Plagiat von Buffy.

Äh, wie bitte? Also alleine das Wort "pointy" darf man schon mal nicht benutzen. Auf keinen Fall. Das ist persönlicher Besitz von Josh Whedon. Und wie kann nur jemand auf die Idee kommen, das Draco seinem Schwert einen Namen gibt. So etwas würde niemand machen. Und hätten wir das nicht in dieser Buffy Folge gehört, würde auch absolut niemand auf die Idee kommen so etwas zu tun. Auch wenn das Teil bei Buffy ein Pflock ist...
Nur gut, das niemand erkannt hat, das das Wort Schwert auch nur ein Plagiat und in Wirklichkeit ein verkleideter Pflock ist. Aber CC wollte es dann doch nicht so auffällig machen. O__O
Also wirklich, ich finde das absolut lächerlich.
